One-time Payment

PromptDir offers a one-time payment to unlock lifetime access to our prompts, tutorials, and resources. Once payment is completed and access is granted, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Accidental duplicate payments are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charge.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions will be refunded upon verification.
• Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the conditions above, contact our support team at support@promptdir.info with your payment receipt, transaction ID, and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

Cancellations

Since this is a one-time purchase for lifetime access, there is no ongoing subscription to cancel. If you believe your account access should be revoked (e.g., security reasons), contact support and we will assist you promptly.
